ATF SP-IV (or SP-1V as it is sometimes referred to) is an SP-IV automatic transmission fluid, specifically designed for some advanced automatic transmissions, such as the 6-Speed in Hyundai and Kia vehicles.

When is it changed?
- Sometimes the oil is mentioned as a “ lifetime fluid ,” but in hot conditions like the Gulf, it is best to change it every 60,000-80,000 km to ensure transmission protection.
